　Invested by Shanghai State-Assets Management Committee, Shanghai Civil Affair (Group) Ltd., with a registered capital fo RMB 110 million, is affiliated to Shanghai Civil Affair Bureau.
　Shanghai Civil Affair (Group) Ltd. mainly covers in the industrial investment, asset management, and investment consulancy services. The Group invites former women gym champion Sang Lan as the spokesperson for its products and uses her name as its registered trademarks. At present, The Group has eleven fully owned subsidiary companies and two holding companies. Its busness covers eight categories:artificial limbs and wheelchairs, automobile fittings, firmwear, printing & packaging, apparel, detergents, mechanical and electrical equipment and real estate. The products of the Group, i.e. "shuang Jian" artificial limbs and orthopaedic machines, and "Shang Ao" wheelchairs enjoy decent reputations and have strong distribution in domestic and foreign market.
　The subordinate companies of the Group are all large-scale enterprises with solid economic strength and advanced know-how. These companies include Shanghai Artificial Limbs Co., Ltd. that captures the largest domestic market share, Shanghai wheelchair Factory, Shanghai SanZhi automobile fittings Co., Ltd that specifically supplies automobile fittings for Volkswagen Shanghai and GM shanghai, and the emerging Shanghai HengXia real eatate deveopment Co., Ltd.
